NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to RALPH A. FELICE, INC. for a FAR SpectroPyrometer, as they have been determined to be the sole provider. The services will be performed at NASA's Glenn Research Center (GRC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing for evaluation to potentially compete the procurement.
