NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to ACD for an E-Complex Test Facility LNG Pump, as they have been determined to be the sole provider. The performance of services will be located at NASA's Stennis Space Center (SSC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing by a specified time for the purpose of potentially making the procurement competitive.
