NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to NLIR APS of Denmark for a MIDWAVE Spectrometer and related accessories, as they have been determined to be the sole provider. The performance location for this effort will be at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing by a specified deadline for the purpose of potentially making the procurement competitive. The government will evaluate these submissions solely to decide whether to conduct a full competition.
