NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to BARON-BLAKESLEE SFC, INC for an HFE recycling unit, as they have been determined to be the sole provider. The performance of services will be located at NASA's Glenn Research Center (GRC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing for evaluation to determine if future competition is possible.
