NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to NOQSI AEROSPACE LTD for the development of the Quantitative Elemental Reconnaissance Instrument (QuERI). The performance of services will be located at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). Interested organizations may submit their capabilities in writing for evaluation to potentially compete the procurement. The government's determination on whether to proceed competitively is solely at its discretion.
