Qualification Requirement: "Only vendors who have been qualified by NASA and are included on the NASA Intellectual Property (IP) List for GRX-810 powder are eligible to submit a quote. Documentation of internal NASA qualification must be submitted as part of the proposal." Technical Specifications: Provide detailed and precise specifications for the GRX-810 powder, particularly the DED size cut, to ensure vendors understand the requirements fully.
