NASA Headquarters has a requirement for FY24 AspenOne Software Token Renewal. NASA Shared Services Center intends to issue a sole source contract to ASPEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. 20 Crosby DR Bedford, Massachusetts 01730-1402 under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). It has been determined that ASPEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. is the sole provider of this requirement. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to lance.s.neumaster@nasa.gov and valerie.ballard@nasa.gov not later than 12:00 PM CT on August 8, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
