The scope of work for this procurement is to provide hand tools and a tool box for use in the Code 544 Electro-Mechanical Systems Branch Laboratory for assembly of instruments and spacecraft assemblies. The list of required tools includes ratchets, wrenches, pliers, drivers, and more.
