NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) is conducting market research for a brand-name-or-equal Wisconsin Oven Electrically Heated Batch Walk-In Series Oven, Model Batch-8/16/8-E10/RM, including on-site installation and training at MSFC. The oven is intended for controlled thermal processing of composite thermoplastic materials and components, with requirements including 1,000°F maximum temperature, 500°F–900°F operating range, ±15°F uniformity at 900°F, and an 8' x 16' x 8' chamber, plus a custom filament winding cart, vacuum piping, controls/data communication, testing, shipping, and a minimum 3-year warranty. NASA seeks capability statements from all interested parties, including small businesses and HBCU/MIs, to help determine competition and small business subcontracting goals; vendors may respond as prime, subcontractor, or teaming partner.
