NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center requires 20 IT software and rackmount system packages, including NightStar Tools, iHawk rackmount systems, and associated yearly maintenance, procured as a commercial off-the-shelf subscription with return-to-factory hardware service and RedHawk Linux software maintenance. The systems support MPCV C-AR35 layout builds, test hardware reduction for ULA deployments, and enable real-time troubleshooting in the Integrated Avionics Test Facilities labs. NASA intends to issue a sole source contract to Concurrent Real-Time Inc., located in Pompano Beach, Florida, as the original manufacturer and sole authorized distributor of this proprietary hardware and software. The acquisition will follow FAR Part 12 simplified procedures. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to the NASA contacts for evaluation to determine whether competition is feasible.
