This post provides the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition supporting the award of the Mars Ascent Propulsion System (MAPS) contract 80MSFC21C0010. This notice is being posted as required by FAR 5.302. The MAPS contract 80MSFC21C0010 was awarded to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on 03/04/2021. The cost-plus, fixed-fee contract has a potential mission services value of $60.2 million and a maximum potential value of $84.5 million, inclusive of two options.
