Interested parties are requested to thoroughly review the revised PWS, appendices, and attachments. Submit responses to the questions in Attachment 2 and any additional questions by 4:00 PM (EST), 8 December 2023 to Kelli Wright at kelli.a.wright@nasa.gov. All previous responses and questions will become part of the Market Research Report.
