This notice constitutes amendment no. 001 To the combined synopsis/solicitation for R134A Refrigerant/80LARC844424Q. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to change the Product Service Code (PSC) from 6850 to 6830 and also change the NAICS Code from 325199 to 325120. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/solicitation. NASA LaRC has a requirement for 80,000lbs Virgin (unused) 1,1,1,2 Tetrafluoroethane (R-134a) Refrigerant. In accordance with Attachment #1 Specification. Quotes are due by 20th September 2023 by 12:00 pm EST to Michael Devine, Michael.p.devine@nasa.gov. Interested vendors MUST include the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed quote in order to be considered for award. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote. Submitted quotes shall list two (2) points of contact including name, phone number, and email address. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted via email to (Michael Devine, Michael.p.devine@nasa.gov) no later than 20th September 2023 by 12:00 pm EST. Telephone questions shall not be accepted. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Shipping terms are FOB Destination NASA LaRC.
