Quotes shall be submitted by 4:00 pm on 10/14/2022. NASA LaRC has a requirement for Tetrafluoroethane in accordance with the attached Specification. The SUBJECT line of the email shall read: 80LARC815711Q Tetrafluoroethane. Interested vendors MUST include the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed quote in order to be considered for award. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail) to Deborah Ford at deborah.l.ford@nasa.gov no later than 10/14/2022 by 4:00pm EST. Telephone questions shall not be accepted. It is the vendor's responsibility to monitor the solicitation for the release of any amendments to this RFQ. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. Offeror’s shall be registered at www.sam.gov in order to be considered for award. Shipping terms are FOB Destination NASA LaRC.
