The requirement is amended to remove the spec for an overhauled engine. Used and repaired engines are the only condition being considered. New vendors are invited to bid as well as vendors who bid overhauled engines are invited to submit proposals for used and/or repaired engines. Questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2020. NASA LaRC has a requirement for a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-41 Engine Exchange, with current NASA Langley engine core in accordance with the attached specification. Interested vendors MUST include the solicitation number in the subject line of their emailed quote in order to be considered for award. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.5. Questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted via email no later than February 5, 2020. It is the quoter's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any).
