Evaluations, Assessments, and Support Services (EASS)
NASA Langley Research Center is seeking contractor support services for its Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA) under the EASS procurement, with a draft solicitation available for review and comment. SOMA manages and oversees evaluations, assessments, analyses, and related support for NASA Headquarters’ Science Mission Directorate (SMD). The scope includes proposal/Phase A reports, evaluations for SMD Announcements of Opportunity flight investigations, independent review assessments, analysis support, and other services specified in individual task orders. The contractor must ensure objective work and comply with organizational/personal conflict-of-interest and future-contracting limitations defined by the contract and task orders. Performance supports NASA’s Science Plan and critical SMD scientific commitments, with services located at NASA Langley Research Center.
