Geostationary Littoral Imaging and Monitoring Radiometer (GLIMR) Access to Space (ATS) “GLIMR ATS"
NASA Langley Research Center is seeking industry feedback on a draft solicitation for the GLIMR Access to Space (ATS) contract, which includes spacecraft, launch vehicle, integration, ground system, and on-orbit operations services. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with milestone-based payments, featuring a total potential period of performance of five years (three-year base plus two one-year options). Performance of services will occur offsite at the contractor’s facilities. The final RFP is planned for release around late July 2026, with proposals due approximately 45 days later and an anticipated contract start in mid-January 2027. Comments on the draft solicitation are requested by June 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
