Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements," NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC) awarded a modification on May 6, 2024 to increase the ceiling value under Contract 80LARC21F0001 with Genex Systems LLC. The ceiling value was increased by $873K up to a total $8.2M to meet future mission needs through the end of the current period of performance.
