The contract award date has been revised to be 1 October 2020 with an effective date of 1 December 2020. UPDATE: The purpose of this posting is to provide the following documents from the EASSS 3 Pre-Proposal Conference held on Tuesday, April 7, 2020: EASSS 3 Pre-Proposal Conference Attendee List EASSS 3 Pre-Proposal Charts Amendment 0002 of the RFP and related Questions and Answers continue to be worked. It is anticipated that they will be posted the week of April 13, 2020. UPDATE: Please see the updated attachments incorporating Amendment 0001 of the subject solicitation. The main purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the proposal due date and re-schedule the pre-proposal conference date. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Langley Research Center (LaRC) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Evaluations, Assessments, Studies, Services, and Support 3 (EASSS 3). This acquisition is a re-procurement of the EASSS 2 contract NNL15AA02B. The scope of this contract will include evaluations, assessments, studies, services, and support for the Science Office for Mission Assessments (SOMA), other NASA organizations, and other Government agencies as designated in individual task orders. The Government is forgoing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). The anticipated release date of the final RFP is approximately February 27, 2020. The proposed solicitation number is 80LARC20R0002. A pre-proposal conference is anticipated approximately 12 calendar days after RFP release. The pre-proposal conference is anticipated to be conducted virtually. The proposal due date is anticipated to be forty-five (45) days after the release of the final RFP. The anticipated contract will be a single award, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and have a five (5) year period of performance.
