The government is procuring one used, highly modified vehicle currently under lease to ensure continued transportation and operational support for the Space Flight Closeout Crew in support of Artemis mission requirements. After award processing, a system obligation issue required rescinding the original purchase order and issuing a replacement purchase order. This was an administrative action only and did not change the requirement, scope, pricing, or contractor.
