Request For Proposal (RFP) for NASA Agency-wide Supply of Liquid and Gaseous Helium

Notice ID:80KSC024R0010

NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is offering an annual opt-in opportunity under its agency-wide liquid and gaseous helium IDIQ framework for new entrants and existing contractors to be added to the IDIQ CLIN Pool for specific NASA locations. Interested parties submit capability forms for proposed subCLIN locations, and NASA evaluates technical acceptability against weekly maximum requirements before awarding a new contract or modifying an existing one to add the contractor to the pool. The original helium RFP remains open for opt-ins throughout the ordering period, which is valid through September 30, 2030. Four fixed-price IDIQ contracts have already been awarded to Airgas USA LLC (South), Airgas USA LLC (West), Linde, Inc., and Messer LLC. Performance supports NASA centers and facilities across the U.S., including CSBF locations in Texas, New Mexico, California, and Oregon; GRC and GRC-ATF in Ohio; GSFC in Maryland; JPL in California; JSC in Texas; KSC/CCSFS in Florida; LaRC in Virginia; MSFC in Alabama; MAF in Louisiana; SSC in Mississippi; WSTF in New Mexico; and other required places of performance.
