This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 80KSC024Q0001 for a 450kV/225kV Digital Xray Computed Tomography System. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through (FAC) 2023-06 Effective December 4, 2023. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334517 and 1200 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, (NOV 2023), FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, (DEC 2023) is applicable along with the following identified clauses in the 80KSC024Q0001_RFQ attachment. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the 80KSC024Q0001_RFQ and all related attachments for this combination synopsis/solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the clauses and provisions in the 80KSC024Q0001_RFQ attachment.
