This Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been reviewed and approved in accordance with established NASA procedures and is hereby published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.305. As the Government’s intent to acquire using other than full and open competition was previously published on the Government-wide Point of Entry (Contract Opportunities) and all public comments considered at that time, the Government does not intend to respond further concerning this publication.
