Updated: 9/7/22 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), has amended RFP 80KSC023CA001_RFP and has provided responses to questions, as follows: Page 4, CATEGORY: Space ITEM: Working Floor Space- container removal 1. Please define containers i.e. sea cans? How long are they in the room (duration)? Response: Upon review of the above question and original requirement “Linear (3 containers long by one (1) container wide)… and Parallel (one (1) container and one (1)dolly, by two (2) containers long)…” the Government realized a clarification was needed; therefore, the Government has deleted the above quotations and revised the SOW to reflect “Or” . Please review SOW for requirement. Throughout Attachment 1, Statement of Work for PSx2 2.For “2x PGPU power (220V 30A),” is this UPS or facility power? Response: Upon review of the above question the Government has clarified that a 120V is needed not a 220V. Therefore, any and all of these requirements have been revised to PGPU power requires 120V, 30A, (L5-30) UPS power. Page 5, CATEGORY Equipment ITEM Mobile Crane 3. In addition to the above questions and responses, the Government identified a requirement that the offeror shall provide mobile crane with minimum 92-ton capacity for spacecraft container lift to JPL provided trailer. Please review SOW for requirement. As a result of the above, the following two documents have been issued and uploaded: SF 30: 80KSC023CA001_RFP Amd 001 Attachment 1 - Statement of Work for PSx2 Amd 1 (replaces Attachment 1 Statement of Work PSx2 in its entirety) ___________________________________________________________________ This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested. This notice is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) under solicitation number 80KSC023CA001_RFP for Psyche Storage and Processing Services (PS Squared). The provisions and clauses in the RFP are those in effect through FAC FAC 2022-07 Effective August 10, 2022. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 336419 and 1000 employees, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, (NOV 2021), FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, (MAY 2022) is applicable along with the following identified clauses in Section 2 and Section 3 of the 80KSC023CA001_RFP attachment. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the 80KSC023CA001_RFP and all related attachments for this combination synopsis/solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Responses to this combined synopsis/solicitation shall be submitted in accordance with the Section 6.4 of the 80KSC023CA001_RFP attachment. The Government is not responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of documents submitted using electronic means, including the missing of any established deadlines. Failure to submit a complete electronic proposal by the due date and time specified for this combined synopsis/solicitation shall result in the proposal being considered late, and shall be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (NOV 2021)
