This anticipated acquisition will be competed as full and open competition. Due to the unique aspects of the solicitation, unique terms, a draft statement of work and a termination liability schedule in advance for planning purposes. Questions and comments are not requested at this time. A deadline for receipt of questions will be established in the RFP. The anticipated dates for RFP are as follows: RFP release early September Contract Award late September Uploaded documents are still being reviewed but are provided as guidance.
