This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been amended to provide administrative corrections to the initial document. NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) End-to End Command & Control (E2E C&C) Exploration Ground Systems Program has a requirement for additional OS/Comet Software licenses and for the yearly maintenance of the site licenses for the Launch Control System (LCS). The Spaceport Command and Control System (SCCS) currently utilizes OS/Comet software. This service is necessary for these items which are required for the development, testing, and production of the next generation launch support and ground support systems being developed at the Kennedy Space Center. Peraton’s OS/Comet product is an integral piece of software in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) KSC SCCS.
