NASA/KSC issued a sole source contract modification to acquire the items from Alloy Custom Products under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302. It has been determined that Alloy Custom Products is the sole provider of cryogenic cargo tanker trailers modified to meet NASA-KSC specifications and no other type of cryogenic cargo tanker trailer will satisfy agency requirements.
