Amendment 001 corrects the spelling from “Venus Thrombosis” to “Venous Thrombosis” for this commercial products/services RFQ for Venous Thrombosis (VT). The effort will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the government, evaluated on Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price, with technical and past performance combined significantly more important than price. Offerors must state their size status under NAICS 541715 with a 1,000-employee size standard. Contractual and technical questions must be emailed to the specified NASA contacts by 1:00 PM CST on 10/25/2026. Delivery to NASA/JSC is required within 30 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination.
