NASA JSC is conducting market research for a future multiple-award IDIQ contract with firm-fixed-price task orders to provide mission engineering, spaceflight-enabling, mission support, and advanced technology services to the Flight Operations Directorate at Johnson Space Center and its mission partners. The follow-on contract will succeed the MESC contracts expiring September 30, 2027, and will cover four functional areas: mission and systems engineering, technical evaluation, specialized IT and operations, and advanced mission R&D. No budget amounts are specified. Interested firms are invited to submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to perform all aspects of the effort, including feedback on small business subcontracting goals and barriers to participation. Responses will inform the acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-asides and competition approach.
