This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation 80JSC025Q7001 constitutes a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. NASA Human Health & Performance Directorate has a requirement to replace the current commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Electronic Health Record (EHR) system at Johnson Space Center (JSC) with a new COTS, on-premises EHR solution. All products and services rendered shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All services shall be completed no later than July 2026.
