NASA intends to issue a sole source work order to The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. for the development, maintenance, and application of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) products and services. The justification is that only one responsible source can satisfy the agency's requirements. Organizations interested in challenging the sole source decision may submit their capabilities for evaluation via email by 5 p.m. CST on March 12, 2026. The performance location is the Johnson Space Center.
