This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures in FAR 13.5. The solicitation number is 80JSC020R0020 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04. NASA is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Engineering Support for Six-degree-of-freedom Dynamic Test System (SDTS) Facility Development, Simulation / Modeling, & Testing, Couple Loads and Vibro-acoustics Linear / Non-linear Modeling, Analysis, & Simulation, Day of Launch (DOL) Vehicle Load Indicator (VLI) Simulation / Modeling Development & Analysis Methods, and Advanced Docking Systems (ADS) Simulation / Modeling & Testing. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code and size standard are 541511 and $37 million. Delivery to NASA Johnson Space Center at 2101 NASA Parkway, Houston, TX 77058 is required within 12 months ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
