NASA/Headquarters has a requirement for routine maintenance and repairs, as well as alterations, and facility assessments/analysis services for the NASA Headquarters building. NASA/Headquarters intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Two Independence Hana Ocean West, LLC (Ocean West). Ocean West owns the NASA Headquaters building and leases it to General Services Administration for Government use. The Government intends to utilize commercial item acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Casey Linn at Steven.C.Linn@nasa.gov and Russellyn Hart at Russellyn.Hart-1@nasa.gov not later than 3:00 p.m. EDT on June 23, 2022. Such capabilities and qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
