NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Earth Sciences Division seeks support for the Hydrosphere, Biosphere, and Geophysics (HBG) Support Services II requirement, focused on science research using space, airborne, in-situ, and laboratory technologies and observations. The work spans the Cryospheric Sciences, Ocean Ecology, Hydrological Sciences, Biospheric Sciences, Geodesy and Geophysics, and Terrestrial Information Systems Laboratories at NASA/GSFC. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a small business set-aside using a hybrid IDIQ structure that allows both cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price task orders. The draft RFP was posted on April 8, 2025, and the contract will have a five-year ordering period from the contract effective date.
