NASA Goddard Space Flight Center has released the final Request for Proposal for the Landsat 10 Spacecraft acquisition, replacing the prior draft version in full. The RFP package includes all instructions, requirements, provisions, contract clauses, and government Q&A attachments. Amendment 1 adds a DPAS rating of DO-C9, introduces a Spacecraft Contractor Standards exhibit, revises the Master Equipment List, and extends the proposal due date.
