The contractor will support NASA conjunction assessment and collision avoidance by providing screening services for all NASA uncrewed spacecraft and supporting human spaceflight activities. It will also provide orbital safety analysis support to the Department of Commerce’s NOAA Office of Space Commerce. Requirements include screening protected assets against classified and unclassified space object catalog data, performing scripting and other analysis, supporting launch and reentry activities, and supporting breakups and other events. Personnel must be trained on all applicable mission systems required for orbital safety analysis duties, including future missions.
