You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center’s (GSFC) solicitation. The principle purpose of this Phase A Radar Instrument study is to provide insight into potential instrument concepts that will support AOS-P mission implementation, with particular attention to performance capability, developmental maturity, and developmental risk. The Statement of Work, Attachment A, describes the scope of the requirement. NASA will conduct this acquisition as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541715 and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. It is anticipated that the subject acquisition will be a full and open competition resulting in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) definitive contract.
