The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center’s Atmosphere Observing System-Inclined (AOS-I) Atmospheric Lidar Instrument for Clouds and Aerosol Transport (ALICAT) Receiver Telescope solicitation. The requirement includes the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of two beryllium Ritchey–Chrétien telescopes for use on the ALICAT instrument.
