NASA has awarded the Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center (SEDAC) Distribution Active Archive Center (DAAC) support contract to Columbia University. The contract action was not awarded competitively. The redacted JOFOC is attached. This is a Cost-No Fee contract that includes a one (1) year base period and four (4) one-year options. The five-year period of performance begins August 1, 2023. The work will be performed at the contractor's facility in New York, NY. Under this follow-on contract, Columbia will provide continued operation and support to acquire, process, archive, and distribute socioeconomic data and applications needed for NASA Earth science research, as well as related data products generated from Earth science instruments which are useful to the broader science community and educational institutions.
