NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for support in maintaining and operating its network of Pandora instruments. The Pandora instrument is a ground-based spectrometer system capable of measuring the abundance of trace gases of interest to NASA Earth Science. For more information on technical requirements, please refer to the attached Draft Statement of Work. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 336415 and 1250 employees, respectively. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated release date of the RFP is late May 2022. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/Procurement-Ombuds-Comp-Advocate-Listing.pdf. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All contractual or technical questions must be submitted via email to bria.d.cromartiewhitehead@nasa.gov no later than April 29, 2022. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
