NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for Facilities Operations & Maintenance, Architect-Engineering, Construction, and Information Resources and related services for the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and NASA Headquarters. The contractor shall provide facilities support services at GSFC, Greenbelt, MD and Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA (including Navy at WFF), all GSFC associated sites, and NASA Headquarters, Washington, DC. The services to be provided under this contract include, but are not limited to: Facilities Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services, Architect-Engineering (A-E) services, Construction services, and Facilities Information Resources (IR) services. Facilities include office buildings, technical facilities such as clean rooms, integration and test spaces, laboratories, launch facilities, an airfield, and warehouses. These facilities are supported by utilities that include electrical power, water, wastewater, storm water, steam, chilled water, gas, fire alarm, utility control system, and geothermal. Custodial work is not included under this contract. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is an 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561210 and, $41.5M respectively. The anticipated release date of the DRFP is early February, 2022 with an anticipated Final RFP release date of April, 2022, and an offer due date of May, 2022. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Prospective offerors are encouraged to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer.
