This announcement notifies that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) has released a Cooperative Agreement Notice (CAN) for the Goddard Earth Sciences Technology and Research II (GESTAR II). The intention is to solicit proposals for a cooperative agreement to continually support research programs in the Sciences and Exploration Directorate (SED) (Code 600) at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). The official CAN has been included as an attachment to this notice and contains all the information about the research areas and instructions on how to submit a proposal. The draft Cooperative Agreement is also being provided as an attachment and contains all the applicable terms and conditions. Participation is open to educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective proposers shall notify this office of their intent to submit a proposal. It is the proposer's responsibility to monitor this notice for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential proposers will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All procurement technical questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist Joel Rivera at Joel.Rivera@nasa.gov. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
