Agency Conferencing Support NASA Headquarters (HQ), Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), and other NASA Centers sponsor and host numerous events throughout the year to disseminate administrative, scientific, and technical information. The principal purpose of this contract is to provide the personnel, services, and all materials necessary to support Agency Conferencing task order events; plan, arrange, coordinate, negotiate, conduct, and close out each task order; create, develop, and maintain attendees' registration information for each event; and provide services for planning of future events.
