The purpose of this requirement is to define tasks for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Advanced Radiometer (NISTAR) in-flight instrument operations and calibrations along with ground data processing activities under contract to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GFSC). The activities are intended to ensure the continued operation of the NISTAR instrument and the ground processing of level 1 data products are successful. The Contractor shall provide the management and technical expertise required to support the in-flight operation/calibration and ground data processing of the NISTAR instrument.
