NASA is conducting market research for the potential construction of the Aerospace Power Systems Laboratory facility at Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The project involves the design and construction of a new, approximately 40,000-square-foot laboratory facility with supporting site work. The estimated construction contract award is in the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, and the magnitude of construction is between $50 million and $75 million. Responses are requested only from potential prime construction contractors with a company bonding capability of approximately $65 million for a single job.
