NASA Glenn Research Center is conducting market research for the Lunar Exploration Ground Sites (LEGS) Public Private Partnership to identify commercial entities capable of providing communications and navigation services for lunar and cislunar missions. The initiative aims to deploy at least three lunar direct-to-Earth ground stations by July 2027, expanding to six by July 2028 and up to nine by July 2029.
