NASA Glenn Research Center plans to issue a two-phase design-build RFP for a new Aerospace Power Systems Laboratory, approximately 34,000 square feet, to support power systems testing and development. The facility will include a high bay, configurable lab space, collaboration and administration areas, plus utilities and site improvements, built to permanent construction standards. Performance of services will be at NASA Glenn Research Center. The effort must be completed within approximately 1,004 calendar days after notice to proceed.
