You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center’s Technical Workforce Education and Expertise Development Services (TWEEDS) solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to support the NASA Office of the Chief Engineer’s (OCE’s) Academy of Program/Project & Engineering Leadership Knowledge Services (APPEL KS) activities. APPEL KS is NASA’s internal resource for program and project management and systems engineering training and development of the NASA technical workforce. NASA will conduct this acquisition as an 8(a) small business set-aside competition. NASA/GRC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial item/services: Technical Workforce Education and Expertise Development Services (TWEEDS). This procurement is a competitive 8(a) small business set-aside. It is a consolidation of the following two contracts: NNC16BA06B / NNC16TA99T (Glenn Research Center) and NNK16OL05C (Kennedy Space Center). The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $12,000,000, respectively. The anticipated release date of the Final RFP (80GRC022R0013) is on or about July 11, 2022, with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about August 19, 2022. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
