This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2021-07. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using the provisions, clauses and procedures in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80GRC022Q0015. Additional details are included in the attached Model Purchase Order. The attached Model Purchase Order is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. Delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center, Neil A. Armstrong Test Facility, 6100 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky, OH 44870, United States. Delivery shall be free on board (FOB) Destination. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 334516 and 1,000, respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by not later than 3:30 P.M ET, September 30, 2021 to brianna.lindsey@nasa.gov and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
