Post the final solicitation documents, which includes all attachments: 80GRC020R0019 Request for Quotation, Attachment A - Requirements Compliance Matrix, Attachment B - Fast Tracking Ground Station Antenna Specifications and Requirements, Attachment C - ACF Rooftop Antenna Drawings 2. Offerors shall complete items 15A, 15B, and 15C and return one (1) signed copy of this Standard Form 30 when they submit their company's offer for 80GRC020R0019. The signed SF 30 shall act as a company's acknowledgment of the final solicitation document and all amendments to 80GRC020R0019. 3. Offerors shall complete and submit a signed SF 1449, and shall submit the information required by the solicitation. 4. Offers shall be due by 12:00 p.m. ET, October 2, 2020. The Purpose of this Amendment (3) is to: 1. Extend the due date for submittal from September 21, 2020 to October 2, 2020. 2. Notify Offerors that an additional amendment will post with updated requirements for this solicitation. 3. Offerors shall include written acknowledgment of all solicitation amendments in their submittal, by including a statement in writing which includes a reference to the solicitation number 80GRC020R0019 and All Amendment Numbers. Post Questions and Answers to RFQ 80GRC020R0019 The Purpose of this Amendment (1) is to: 1. Extend the due date of quote submittal from August 31, 2020 to September 7, 2020. Fast Tracking Ground Station Antenna System This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, which is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ # is 80GRC020R0019 Offers for the items(s) described are due by 12:00 p.m. ET, August 31, 2020 and shall be emailed to sarah.a.deroche@nasa.gov All submissions must include, solicitation number (80GRC020R0019), FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. NASA Glenn Research Center has a requirement for a Fast Tracking Ground Station Antenna System for its new Aerospace Communications Facility (ACF); the ACF is currently under construction. Please see “Attachment B- Fast Tracking Ground Station Antenna System Specifications and Requirements” for the required specifications. The Government intends to acquire commercial items using FAR Part 12. The Government intends to execute a bi-lateral purchase order with the successful offeror. This procurement is full and open. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 334220-Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with size standard of $12 million. The offeror shall state in their offer, their size status. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery of item(s) to NASA Glenn Research Center, 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44135-3191. Delivery shall be FOB Destination.
